Almshouses open day is cancelled

Due to very high Covid numbers among Trustees and in the local community, it is felt inappropriate to put the Almshouse residents at risk and so, sadly there will be no open day on Saturday 23 July. There will be an open day on 10 September for the Heritage Open Days national celebrations, with a walking guide, the Simply Uke! ukelele band and refreshments.
