"Life Coaching Tools - How to Deal with Challenges" workshop from Project Factory on November 27.

With a focus on a practical experience of coaching, in the fourth of six taster workshops, you will learn to go deep in process coaching.

Project Factory CIC, in partnership with Somerset Skills and Learning, is delighted to be able to offer a series of coaching and leadership short taster workshops designed to offer life enhancing tools. These workshops are deliberately low cost to make them available to all and are designed to stand alone and / or build as a programme of skills.

What will I learn?

With a focus on a practical experience of coaching, in the fourth of six taster workshops, process coaching will help you develop your capacity to be present with every challenging situation in your life. This workshop will give you the opportunity to look at some of these situations with new eyes - as you explore emotional stability, resilience and the beliefs and influences that affect these situations. Come to one or as many workshops as you choose - full details and booking are available via the website.

Who is this for?

This course is ideal for anyone who is interested expanding their range of skills; wants more clarity and purpose; or who are at a cross-roads in their life.
