The survey looks at how people prioritise their home and car, what influences those decisions, and how factors like parking, transport links and electric vehicle charging affect where we choose to live.

The survey asks about:

• The type of car you drive and how recently you bought it
• The type of home you live in and your future moving plans
• How important parking, transport links and EV charging are when choosing a home
• Whether car costs affect house-moving budgets
• How likely home features such as EV chargers are to influence future car choices

The aim is to build a clearer picture of how modern households balance these two major investments.
