My approach is to look for the cause of your health problem. Herbal medicine works with your natural defences.

It is well tolerated and can provide long-term relief from both physical and mental disorders.

Your consultation will take one and a half hours on the first visit. A detailed medical case history of your presentation will be taken along with a screen of your general health.

A review of any medications and your wider lifestyle including medical history, social circumstances and diet will ensure I have a complete picture of your health.

Blood pressure, pulse and a physical examination will be offered as required. I can then make a working diagnosis based on my findings.

In discussion we will create a management plan and decide upon your prescription. This will be in the form herbal tinctures, tea, capsules or creams specific for your needs and circumstances. Dietary and lifestyle advice is also available.

Follow up appointments take 30 minutes and ensure your medicine is adjusted to be at its most effective.

First consultation including full case history and health check:

£60 for 90 minutes

Payable by cheque or BACS

Follow up consultation 30 min: £35

Prescriptions:

Tinctures/Syrups £10 per week

Fluid extracts/Glycerites £13 per week

Teas £5 week. Capsules price on request.

Creams/ointments £5 per 30g

Repeats carry a £7 dispensing fee.
