Estate Agents

My name is Mark Manning and I'm a self-employed estate agent working with The Property Experts. I don't have an office on the high street (most people search online rather than go into an office), so you can find me online instead.

I'm based in Emborough and operate across the region from Wedmore in the West, to Frome in the East, to Chew Magna in the North, to Bruton in the South.

I offer a completely different service to that offered by traditional high street agents.

I only take on a small number of properties at a time. This means I can market your home in ways that agents with dozens of listings can't.

Customer focus is paramount, and my clients only ever deal with me directly.

I can be contacted 7 days a week, in or out of office hours. I'm available on my personal mobile phone.

I offer world-class photography, presenter-led cinematic video, drone footage, 360 degree tours, virtual staging and floorplans.

My marketing strategies aim to attain the highest market value for a home, in the shortest timeframe.

As well as traditional property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, I utilise social media to maximise the exposure that your property receives.

Our network of agents across the country help to showcase your home to a national audience.

I want to help my clients move into their next dream home as well as facilitate the sale of their current one.

If you have any questions, follow me across social media, or send me a message or give me a call.

I look forward to speaking with you.
