Simon Smith

Simon Smith, of Wells, passed away peacefully at home on 13th January 2021.

Devoted husband to Ursula and loving father to Anna and Ben, he will be greatly missed.

Thank you to all the staff at Wells Health Centre and St Margaret's Hospice for all their amazing support.
