Y ou will lead a team and ensur e all are trained in line with company expectations as well as manage a team of self-employed contactors. - Relevant Facilities Management Qualification (HND, Diploma etc)
- Strong understanding and experience of Health and Safety regulations
- Experience in managing the maintenance and upkeep of a facility.
- Experience in managing a team in a service led facility"(e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility)"
