Job IntroductionThe RoleWe are currently expanding our Assembly Day Shift team and looking for amazing people to join usOur Assembly Team play the all-important role of assembling our dishes so they start to look a little more like the dishes you know and love . With all of our dish components prepared and cooked, it's time to bring them all together. The team manage the assembly of our dishes which might mean bring the layers together in our lasagnes or maybe adding our delicious sauce and a sprinkling of cheese to our well-loved mac and cheese.Working HoursMonday - Thursday - 6am - 4pmMain ResponsibilitiesAs an Assembly Team member you will be:Accurately weighing portions to be added to each dishAccurately adding and arranging dish componentsReplenishing the dish traysMaintaining high hygiene levels and keeping a tidy workspaceMaintaining food preparation records and logsConducting quality checks to ensure that the Bigham standards are metCarrying out effective and accurate shift handoversFlagging any issues with the equipment within your areaWork as an integral part of the team towards the completion of the daily planThe Ideal CandidateWhat you'll needAt Bigham's we pride ourselves in doing things the right way and showing real care and attention.
